Research Vision
Our mission is to understand
at the atomic scale (1) outstanding physics related with functional quantum materials
and (2) design rules upon which they can be realized into next-generation electronic and energy devices. To achieve this goal, we are focused on developing state-of-the-art
electronic structure calculation theory and methods for non-equilibrium
quantum processes and their multi-scale extensions that incorporate
high-performance and artificial intelligence computing technologies.
